David Simmonds MP speaks to LBC about UK-France deal on Channel Crossings

In an interview with Nick Ferrari on LBC, David Simmonds MP comments on the latest UK-France Channel agreement. He argues the deal is is ‘a big step forward’ in greater cooperation with France, but issues remain with delays in asylum processing. He also comments more broadly that the Rwanda deal is not, by itself, an effective deterrent.
