Tim Farron MP contributes to Illegal Migration Bill Committee stage debate

Last week Tim Farron MP made a number of salient points during Committee stage of the Illegal Migration Bill.

Tim Farron MP criticised the the “incendiary” language from some Conservative MPs. He went on to highlight the Home Office’s role in causing the asylum backlog and stressed the need to continue Britain's “long held and proud reputation” of being a safe haven for asylum seekers.
