Rwanda scheme is a source of great shame for Britain

RAMP Associate Baroness Ruth Lister recently wrote for the Times arguing that, in the Rwanda treaty, there is currently no adequate system in place to determine refugee claims and to protect those who are to be removed under the scheme from the risk of human rights violations.
