Opening safe routes is one way in which the government could stop Channel deaths from happening says Tim Farron MP

RAMP Principal Tim Farron MP speaks to Cumbria TV about the recent death of four people in the English Channel. After expressing his sympathy for the families affected and praising the rescue services who saved more than 40 individuals, he said that one way in which the government would be able to stop tragedies like these from happening again is to have safe routes for people to seek asylum in the UK.
